Freewell light pollution filter

Hi,

I have two questions and I don't find the answer...

1- I would like to know if you already tested the light pollution filter of Freewell, I have the Freewell system and I find it very practical, but I have not find any information about the quality of this filter, the only reviews I found are about the filters for drones, but not for bigger cameras.

2- Recently I read that the light pollution filter of Hoya also works as a red enhancer ideal for taking photos in autumn, but I would like to know if all the light pollution filter have the same effect.

I have found that with Freewell if I add the word "magnetic" to the search that it works to mostly eliminate the drone stuff.

There are many variations of light pollution filters for casual photography (as opposed to astro where it gets even more technical), I think some are aimed at sodium vapor, others at infrared, and still others range into UV, ranging in color from yellow to light blue to magenta. You would need to compare the transmission specs to the Hoya to make an accurate comparison. If an astrophotographer stumbles upon this thread they may have better and more accurate insight than I.

Thank you very much for the answer and for the tip about how to have better results with the research of information about Freewell.
I think that the theme of light pollution filter is quite big and it also depends in what kind of results we want to get. I realize that I will have to test and judge, but they are quite expensive to buy I will however take my time to do further researches and let's see if I find an astrophotographer who already tested the Freewell filters-

You are very welcome. You should be able to get the transmission specification from the various manufacturers to compare with the Hoya's specs , is what I meant to say.
