I have found that with Freewell if I add the word "magnetic" to the search that it works to mostly eliminate the drone stuff.
There are many variations of light pollution filters for casual photography (as opposed to astro where it gets even more technical), I think some are aimed at sodium vapor, others at infrared, and still others range into UV, ranging in color from yellow to light blue to magenta. You would need to compare the transmission specs to the Hoya to make an accurate comparison. If an astrophotographer stumbles upon this thread they may have better and more accurate insight than I.
