Freestyle Photographic announced today that it will be distributing the Holga TLR twin lens reflex plastic camera in the summer of 2009. The camera is the latest addition to the world-famous Holga line of plastic cameras, and the first twin-lens reflex model as well.
Designed in China, the Holga TRLs features include aperture settings of f/8 and f/11, shutter speeds of 1/100 second and Bulb mode, a built-in flash with rotating color wheel, internal masks for creating sharp borders, and the Holgas legendary light leaks and low-fi imagery that has won it millions of fans worldwide. The twin-lens reflex camera is winning over a new generation of film photographers, and plastic cameras already have an enormous following. We at Freestyle are delighted that Holga has decided to combine the two in this exciting new design. states Gerald H. Karmele, President and Chief Operating Officer of Freestyle.
The Holga TLR will initially be available in August in black, with more colors coming in the future. For more information or to pre-order the camera, visit: www.freestylephoto.biz/240120-Holga-120TLR-Twin-Lens-Reflex-Style-Medium-Format-Plastic-Camera
