Freestyle Photographic Supplies announced today the promotion of Gerald H. Karmele to the position of President & Chief Operating Officer. Karmele's tenure with Freestyle began in February, 2001, as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
"Gerry's new position is a reflection of his successful leadership over the past five years, during which time our organization has experienced tremendous growth and profitability. He has assembled a team of exceptional professionals in every area of the company, all contributing to the success of Freestyle's strategic commitment as the preeminent champion of black & white film and the darkroom," comments Lenore King, the company's CEO and co-owner.
