I can't say anything new that what everyone else has said. Their customer service has been great especially on supposedly stocked items that were out, I err with the shipping but adjust my orders to give me my purchases delivered for equal or cheaper than that NY based store. They have a number of the european film products that I used to use in Oz that are not available as easy on the east coast. All in all they are one of my prefered sources.

But when you order as much random stuff as I do, harder-to-dispose packing materials can kinda become a dealbreaker.

Some time ago, I got a message (or was it a pamphlet inside the box?) stating that the “foam-cheetos” used by Freestyle are biodegradable.

I know that. The kind they use are infinitely better than styrofoam peanuts. However, they're still an extreme pain in the butt to deal with when it comes time to collapse your boxes without completely filling the trash can (or using a huge vat of water to dissolve them).
