Freestyle and Ilford FB 5x7?

Just checked Freestyle for some Ilford FB 5x7 and the only one they had was Multigrade Art 300gsm. And that was low stock. I love Ilford FB 5x7 for the post card exchange. Only seeing one selection is rather unnerving. Is this a trend?

You may want to call them or e-mail them - they are probably out of stock, temporarily. I ordered some a few weeks ago and it arrived within a couple of days.

5X7 seems to be the problem. Proably not as much demand for the smaller size. They have lots of 8X10 - and it would probaly be cheaper to use 1/2 a sheet of 8X10.

Not to mention less clutter(and boxes) in the darkroom. That's if you're pressed for space like many of us

5x7 is a great format for 35mm prints and it would be a real shame if it was disappearing.

Everyone else seems to still have it. But even if it were discontinued (colour me highly surprised), cutting down 8x10 is no real problem,

I saw that 5x7 was still in stock at my local place yesterday and I also noticed some new packaging from ilford: 8x10 paper in 25 and 50 sheet boxes as well as the customary 100 sheet size. No postcard paper in stock though.

Picking up the phone and calling them takes a couple of minutes, and avoids unnecessary heart attacks among those using the size.
