Yeah, it's an OLDE Solar, complete with a variable magnification enlarging Ektar, nine negative carriers. 1/2 frame all the way to 6X9. Working from memory & too lazy to go look. Extra condenser too! It's a 6"condenser & just may scrape by on 4X5(maybe) could be, sorta, kinda.
Base board is 1 1/2" particle board and a mighty heavy piece o' stuff. It's not gonna move around much.
The enlarger has a 48" column so I don't think print size will be a limitation with the beast.

I'm about 40 miles West of Chicago in Montgomery. Route 30 at the mighty Fox River.
