I'd advise not doing it, at least not unless you can verify that the message really is from Kodak. This is the sort of offer that "phishers" use to gather sensitive data on people. The data can be used for all sorts of unpleasant things, up to and including identity theft. Phishers have become quite adept at hiding their identities, so it can be hard to spot phishing expeditions unless you're quite knowledgeable about such things. A few sheets of free paper just isn't worth the risk, IMHO -- and if it is phishers, you wouldn't even get the paper!
