A very dear family friend of mine is cleaning out her mother's old house to prepare it for sale, and among the items that need to go is an Omega B22 in excellent condition.
The enlarger belonged to her father, who took his photography very seriously...I now have some items of his in my equipment closet up here in NY. Anyway, the enlarger didn't sell at the estate sale, and the house is due to go on the market soon, and there's a B22 that needs a new home. I haven't seen it in person since, like I said, I'm in New York, as are my family friends, but she offered to have the person handling the estate send more photos. There is a negative carrier that is in the enlarger, and a 50mm/4.5 lens mounted.
It's located in Dickinson, Texas, about halfway between Galveston and Houston off the I-45, and it could be yours for the price of the gas and time it takes to get there and back.
There may be other darkroom related equipment there as well, but I'm not sure. Anyway, if you, or someone you know needs an Omega, either to start up a new darkroom, a spare, for parts, or to donate to a school this would certainly be a good option.
For more information you can message me and I'll forward your questions onto Jacque, my family friend, or you can email her directly at JaJones@pipeline.com
