The Good:
Excellent cosmetics.
NO battery compartment corrosion.
Includes battery holder.

The Bad:
Power switch is loose/disconnected, and taped in place so it doesn't get lost.
Incident dome is missing the outer ring, which depresses a pin that tells the meter it's in incident mode.
