Greetings
I have recently come into possession of a Canon EOS500 and a Canon Speedlite 277T flash unit from my father-in-law. I am told that the camera still works, but the battery door is broken at the hinge. The battery compartment has been held closed with electrical tape, but there are no batteries in the camera at the moment. Cosmetically, the camera is otherwise in nice shape. Comes with original manual.
Also with the camera is a hotshoe-mounting flash unit. Cosmetically it is in excellent condition but does not appear to function when I put batteries in it. Might have a blown something-or-other... It is living in a Minolta flash case which is also in very good condition.
Anyway, both items are surplus to my requirements. If you want them as is, or for parts, or to attempt repair, please let me know by PM and you can have them for nothing. I only want to cover the cost of postage. Happy to send anywhere, but probably makes most sense to send within Australia.
Happy to provide photos if anyone wants a look.
Cheers
