I don't know if the link is already posted but I found on Frank Horvat site some interviews he did with famous photographers like Robert Doisneau, Helmut Newton or Sarah Moon.

There, they discuss about their respective philosophy and experiences. Some interviews are more interesting than other depending on your personal taste but it is in general very instructive.
