Does anyone have a source for framing photographs? I'm looking for 1/4 inch double sided tape and the staple like gun that shoots tabs into the frame to hold everything together. Preferred wholesale but will consider retail.

What I did for a while was goto tj maxx/home goods and get frames there for cheap, like 20 bucks for large frames with matte and glass

That tool you're looking for is called a Point Driver. The one I have is a Logan F500-2, and I've been happy with it. They're currently about $67 on Amazon, but I picked mine up for half that much on ebay.

I don't use double-sided tape. I make a hinge with Filmoplast P90 tape, or any acid-free white artist tape.

What is the double-sided tape for?

You might be interested in Conservation Resources International (they are in Virginia). They deal with institutions, so may be what you want.

Edited to add -- no point drivers on that site...
