FP100c, blue color in highlights

Anyone familiar with this phenomenon? In the highlights of the lamps the film turns into deep blue...

I'm using it in a pinhole camera and many of the pictures have a distinctly blue cast to them.

Looks like something vaguely resembling the Sabatier effect to me…

I have seen that with Instax films, but never with FP-100C. My guess is that it is solarization, caused by the (assumed) long exposure to the bright lights.

It was shot with a Mamiya Universal, 100mm 2.8 lens. Exposure of 1 second. Thank you for the response, I think I will try to avoid these cirumstances in the future.

Not Sabatier-effect, but colour-selective solarisation.

Nevertheless I would not expect solarisation to happen with modern materials!

I found this effect in photos of fireworks - and it was explained here on APUG (thanks Akki14 and Photo Engineer!). Then I used it as a planned effect during a solar eclipse:

Funny, some of the early run of the new BMC camera (Black Magic Cinema) had that effect with hot spots. Digital version I suppose.
