FP-100C Questions (Exposure and Storing)

Hello,

I am planning to shoot another pack of FP-100C this weekend and had a couple questions.

1. In order to overexpose the film, you would decrease the development time, correct? For example if I was going to develop for 90 seconds before peeling it apart, 80 seconds would be overexposed?

2. Since I plan on shooting a full pack, do you have any ideas as to how I can store them so they do not get stuck together while still wet?

1. No, you keep it same, and overexpose in-camera. Extended or shortened development would involve the dev time (push-pull)
In my limited exp w fp100v, a few seconds either side doesn't matter much at all. YMMV
2. Dry them and store maybe? Tends to stick else - both negative n print.

I will be walking around while shooting so I won't have time to let them dry. And I don't feel like paperclipping them to my body

Also, is there a reciprocity chart anywhere?

Fuji's development will automatically stop, so I just remove it from the camera and throw it in my bag to peel later.

Wow really?? So even if the ambient temperature is different (which according to Fuji necessitates a change in "development" time), it will automatically stop development?

Bring some plastic box like Tupperware and put them there.

it does go to completion, yes. So saving shot but unpeeled images for later peeling is fine. The only risk is the goopy stuff (reagent) can dry out a bit in that time, so sometimes the edges are a little stickier than when doing a fresh peel.

On the subject of FP100c, can anyone recommend a dedicated Polariod camera to use it?

Preferrably something with a flash.

The Big Shot is great, if you can find the flash bulbs.

You can actually attach an electronic flash to the Automatic 100 or many of the other pack film cameras:

Other than that, the only other full frame cameras that will shoot FP-100c and sync with an external flash are the (expensive) 180 and 195 models, the Konica Instant Press, or the press camera models, the Mamiya Universal and Polaroid 600SE.

You can, of course, shoot FP-100c in many medium format cameras with interchangeable backs (Bronica, Hasselblad, Mamiya RB), but they give you only a 6cmx6xm image, not the full sheet size.

Yeah, that was a bit of a disappointment with my Bronnie, but I knew it'd be like that. I did run across a Land 250 recently, with case, flash, bulbs... etc.
Gonna use that to burn up the rest of my film, and depending on the results, either keep it or find a new home for it. Kinda cool, though... may look good on a wall-museum.
