The community studio where I teach photography is selling off the remainder of its darkroom equipment, as we can no longer afford to keep the program going. We have four enlargers for sale, all of which are for local pickup only in Columbia, MO. They are: 1. Vivitar VI w/dioptic light source, 50mm f 2.8 Nikkor lens, 35mm carrier; 2. Omega Chromega B Dichroic w/stepless filtration, 50mm f 3.5 El-Omegar lens, and 35m carrier; 3. Omega enlarger w/50mm f 3.5 Beslar lens and 35mm carrier (a very bare-bones enlarger); and 4. Meopta Axomat 5 enlarger with Beslar 50mm f 3.5 lens and 35mm carrier. The last time I tested them, the light sources all worked correctly. All enlargers come with original baseboard and lenses, carriers as mentioned. None of them come with timers, as far as I know. They are all in pretty good shape...we just don't have the capital needed to add the required ventilation in order to keep a wetlab going, so the enlargers must go. Along with the enlargers we have an 8x10 Bogen 2 blade easel, and a Graflex Graflarger back. I'd like to get $40-$50 for either of the first two enlargers, and will accept any reasonable offers on enlarger 3 and 4. We are a nonprofit teaching studio, so any money made on the sale will go directly back to the educational mission of the studio. Because we don't have the staff to arrange the necessary packing and shipping, these are offered for local pickup only. And...package deals are encouraged with a discount for anyone who wants to purchase two or more of these...we'll try to make it worth your while for driving here. Columbia is located about halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City on I-70. You can PM me with any detailed questions about these units, but there is not much more to add. If you are interested, I can PM or email you with the direct phone or email contact information for the resident director at our studio...
