Four Corners

For me, staying in Blanding, UT is ideal for a photographic visit to the Four Corners region. It's very central with Arches, Bridges, Monument Valley, Valley of the Gods, Mesa Verde and Canyon Lands, all reachable in a day.

You are in a great area for photography. Add Hovenweep (near Blanding) and Dead Horse Overlook (near Canyonlands) to your list. In Moab there was/is a wonderful restaurant -- the Center Cafe. Enjoy!
