Found a great photo, whose photograph is this?

I found a Cibachrome prints:




it is of a cable reel industrial in a basement which seems flooded.

there is no sign on the back and it is quite large, 40X30 inch. anyone can help identify this print? whose photograph is it? I'd like to find some more or if this is a part of a series
