I came across a new-in-box roll with an expiry of 04/1995. I was excited to see how it would do so I shot a roll of 24 exposures with my Canon F-1n and FD 35mm f/2. Unfortunately, the emulsion appears to have suffered from time, although I'm pretty happy with how the 510 Pyro (1:300, 20 min semi-stand) tamed the contrast. The negs are a little thin, but not too bad. I just don't know if the film is worth shooting since making prints will require a lot of effort.

My good man! Surely you do not propose to toss this fine treasure in the trash? Roll out some, freeze the rest. The results look awful good to me.

:DThat's how it's supposed to look-I've used Tech Pan from the '80s stored in camera bags, that's still good.I'll take it and give it a good home if you can't handle it!

I've found that Rodinal 1:100 for 8 minutes at 66.5 degrees Fahrenheit produced excellent results (agitation on the minute). Zero grain, pretty good tonality.
