Here's a rare item...

I had Paul at Fotoman make an adapter for 15mm of rise (or fall) on my 617 Fotoman.

If you want to emphasize the foreground, install it for 15mm fall.
If you want to emphaze things above the horizontal, install it for 15mm rise.

It's 15mm thick, and would replace your 15mm spacer/adapter.

I've modified my Fotoman to do other things, so I don't use it anymore.
