For Dutch users mostly is the FotofilmFabriek bankrupt ? No reaction from them after 3 weeks waiting for a simple order!

Have you contacted them and asked about the order status? Or have you been waiting for the mailman for the last three weeks? I ask, because I have nothing but praise for their customer service.
