FotodioX Pro Kiev 88 to Mamiya 645 adapter -- anyone used on?

I have a Arsat 30mm lens I am exploring using on a Mamiya 645 1000S camera body and found this adapter:

Anyone have practical experience with this adapter and can comment on what they think of it's construction and use?

I do have the 88 mount, NOT the Pentacon mount...
