Sorry - I'm not sure where to post this question! I'm wondering whether anyone has had experiences at Fotocare - good or bad...I'm thinking about ordering something from them. Thanks in advance!

Fotocare is one of the best New York shops. You should have no problems at all.

They are great guys.

136 West, 21st Street in New York.

They seem great - I was on the phone with Jeff Hirsch yesterday and he was super helpful. Only thing is he does charge a little more (about 2.5%) than where I normally go. But I gather that is because they have a storefront.

They have a storefront and genuinely knowledgeable staff, who probably get paid a little more than the employees at some of the other places.
