Can anyone please suggest a starting time, dilution of HC-110, temperature, and agitation sequence for Fortepan 200 sheet film, TRAY developed.

The Massive development chart shows 7.5 minutes at 20c. in dilution B. It does not specify if this is for tray or tank development.

With thanks,
Sam H.

I've worked it out myself. Fortepan 200 4x5 sheet film, HC-110 dilution B, 20 degrees C, 5.5 minutes, continous agitation in tray. Seven 4x5 sheets capacity for 500 ml of working solution.

Are you rating the Fortepan at an EI 200 or are you lowering the EI? I've got two boxes of this film that I'm about to open and am thinking of rating it at EI 100. I've been shooting Foma 100 previously.

I rated it at 160EI using my Spectra Combi meter in incident mode. Later I used my Luna Pro at 200 EI incident mode. Negs were wonderful. Both sets were shot exterior in full sunlight, NOT overcast, nor interiors.
