Is Forte Polygrade Warm Plus the same as J&C Polygrade paper?

No, it is the same as JandC Polywarmtone paper. The forté neutral tone line is the same as the JandC Polygrade and Freestyle's Arista.EDU, while the Forté Polywarmtone is the same as the JandC Polywarmtone and Arista.EDU Warm Tone papers.
