I am offering a Schneider K. Symmar 240/5.6 convertible lens. ..... basically , two lens in one, if you remove the front element, you have a 420/f12. In consequence, the shutter has two aperture scales, one for the 240mm, from f/5.6 to f/45, and the 420mm aperture scale, from f/12 to f/45. The lens has 6 elements in 4 groups when it is at 240mm with both front and rear cells. Removing the front cell, leaves a 420mm lens with 3 elements in 2 groups. Consequently, the converted lens will be softer than the 240mm. The glass is clean as a whistle. It is free of that malady that seems to afflict some Schneider lenses. It comes with the original front and rear caps. The rear cell has brassing along the edges from usage.

As regards the Compur #3 shutter, it is fully functional, all the speeds (T, B, 1s > 1/200) are right on. The shutter blades and aperture blades are clean, no oil.
The lens has its retaining ring for mounting on the lens board of your choice.
