I am selling a Nikon FM and two Minolta X-700, all used but in good working order.
All three are in good working order, tested with batteries, shutters appear very accurate.
The FM is the later revision with no locking collar around the shutter release (thus better for use with the motor drive, as it cannot be accidentally locked up). It is a veteran camera with pronounced brassing where the strap rings rub against the corners of the top plate, and all around the edges of the bottom plate, with some light scuffing on the back door as well that has flaked a little paint off. There is a minor dent in the top front face of the prism housing that has not affected the prism in any way. It also has "Contax welts" under the leatherette in three places on the front of the camera--this is caused by the decay of the organic glue that some camera manufacturers used, especially in Germany but also used by Nikon at times. It is harmless, just causes small raised bumps in the leatherette.
But the cosmetic aside I can find nothing wrong with it as a functional camera... clean viewfinder, healthy-sounding shutter, good metering, clean battery compartment... may need light seal replacement. Has strap rings and a PC socket cover. Comes with or without a sadly fungus-affected Nikkor 50mm 1.8 AI lens, with some damage to the filter ring. Lens can be separate.
Body $120, lens $55, both $165, OBO, aprox $15 shipping USPS to CONUS, can provide specific estimates to your location. Can work with you on international shipping but be aware it will probably be slow and pricey.
Minolta X-700 Number 1 is in similar cosmetic shape, with light brassing on the top corners and on the bottom edges. It was sitting on a motor-drive that had leaking batteries and so there is a small amount of corrosion residue on the terminals that can be scratched off with a needle very easily. Slightly ashy leatherette, as is common on Minoltas of this period. But overall in great working order, tested with battery.
Comes with a Minolta MD-Rokkor-X 50mm 1.7 (long nose variation, orange letters, with 52mm filter ring, skylight filter incl.) in good condition. Has strap rings.
Camera w/lens $120 OBO, see above for shipping.
Minolta X-700 Number 2 is what I take for a later production X-700. The bottom plate seems like plastic on this one, whereas it is clearly painted metal on the first one. It has some kind of thin transparent scuff guard adhered to the bottom like an iPhone screen protector. The leatherette is slightly ashy again, but there is less overall wear. Also tested with battery, working great.
Comes with fungusy Minolta MD-Rokkor-X 50mm 1.7 (short nose variation, white letters, with 49mm filter ring, skylight filter incl.). This lens is still usable but owing to its condition I'm basically throwing it in free with the camera to protect the body from dust. Has strap rings.
Camera and lens $100 OBO, see above for shipping.
I also have a slightly fungusy Minolta MD 1:2 lens that I will let go for $10+ approx $8 shipping to CONUS, as above. Has generic front cap.
A Vivitar Nikon AI-mount 28-80mm 1:3.5-1:4.5 Macro Focusing Zoom with some interior dust, rear cap and original front cap. $30 dollars plus approx $10 shipping to CONUS as above.
Main pictures will be uploaded today, some may take longer.
