I have a Nikkor 16mm f/2.8 AIS lens in excellent plus condition. Asking $400.

Includes Nikon lens caps, Nikon lens pouch and 4 bayonet filters = L37c, L1Bc, O56, and B2.

Yes, it is. It's a full frame fisheye, and fills the entire frame. This is in contrast with Nikon's other, "circular" fisheye, which makes a round image, surrounded by black in much of the photo frame. For examples, see:

I have a Nikkor 20mm f/3.5 AIS lens in mint minus condition for sale. Glass is perfect. Aperture ring has one tiny speck of paint missing.
Asking $300. Price includes Nikon HK-6 lens hood and Nikon pouch, both in excellent condition.
 
Already have a 20mm. Looking for something really wide, even if I have to go full manual. Like 8 to 10mm range with a full FX mount. The lenses were manufactured but they're not exactly laying around in too many back yards. Your 16mm just happened to catch my eye this morning.
 
I think 8mm is definitely going to give severe distortion. Here is a shot with the 16mm, uncropped & uncorrected. If you are doing any digital post, distortion can be corrected in PhotoShop or DXO.
