Note you need to select the right 'color' to actually get the half case. In that case it shows a price around $50. The ca. $6 listing that is selected by default and for which the price is shown when clicking the ad is for the 'color' "35mm can opener":

Yeah, it's a trick they've been using a lot. You learn to look out for it. As always, if the price seems too good to be true - it likely is.
