Ok Ok so here is the lowdown

The tent food starts -7am Fri, Sat, Sun.
Thurs Evening 3pm in tent city , snacks and refreshments before speeches at 5pm sharp
Elevator will be sponsoring the evening gala which will include drinks and sushi, salmon rolls and pita rolls and cheese and fruit. There will be invited quests that are not registered for the conference coming to the show and paying $10.00 at the door at 6Pm.*** This evening will be an open house for the facility as well as the attendees to get a glimpse of the working space , not to be missed***.We will have cold beers on ice in the darkrooms for those who want to pontify in a darkroom space.

We will be running Canadian Back Bacon and eggs sandwiches from 7 am till
closing each day.
We will be serving a vegitarian line of food- kebobs burgers dogs, chilli
As well we will be serving a meat version of the above
We will be selling tickets for the different items
We also will be providing Hot Soup -
The refreshments will be Wellington Brew , which is a very nice local brewery beer.

We are looking for Musicians for the Sat Night Sizzle, we already have a Brazilian Jazz group, Russell Monk will be going acoustic , and we are looking for others.
We have a good DJ who will be mixing all day long.

We will be having local historical guys supplying vintage camera gear and accessories along side the main vendors as well as local vendors comming in for the Sat.
John Callow is organizing a print swap in the tent for sun early afternoon.
