Fomapan 400 shot at 25 - rescue?

weird that the Espio's default ISO setting is 25. Most DX only cameras set it to 100. But that is indeed what it says in the Espio's manual.

Ilford perceptol is a dev made particularly for pulling films, so might work better than others for this situation.

From what I thought... the toaster oven removes carbon dioxide (like fizz in a Coke) as if the soda was carbonated and you’re getting the bubbles out.

Correct. NaHCO3 evolves carbon dioxide (and water) to become Na2CO3. The heat also drives off water of hydration if the temperature is high enough, though anhydrous sodium carbonate fairly quickly converts to monohydrate by pulling moisture out of the air.

A very good question - I´ll find out. Yesterday I shot another test roll in the Pentax 928
- four times Foma 400 @25, bracketed -3, -2, -1, 0
- one time Foma 400 @400, bracketed +3, +2, +1, 0 (with DX-sleeve)

Now I have the chance to compare. So I would develop (all at 20 deg)

- the Foma 400 @400 in D76, 1+3, 23 min, agitated 30s, then 10s/min
- one Foma 400 @25 in Caffenol C-M, 8 min, agitated 1st min, then 10s/min (as suggested by jnantz)
- one Foma 400 @25 in Perceptol,
- one Foma 400 @25 in Rodinal,
- one Foma 400 @25 in D76,

And now I need your help again. Any suggestions for the missing processing times are very welcome.

Update - first two sets of my test roll are developed now

Top row Fomapan 400 @ 400, D-76 1+3, 23min, bracketed +3, +2, +1, 0
Bottom row: Fomapan 400 @ 25, Caffenol C, 8min, bracketed 0, -1, -2, -3

I have two more bracketed shots for testing and I would like to check

Fomapan 400 @ 25, D-76 Stock, 5min
and
Fomapan 400 @ 25, Perceptol Stock, XXmin

What I found for xx is 10min for Foma 400 @400 and 8min for Foma 100@100 and 30 sec less for Foma 100@50 So 8min for the Foma 400@25??

They don't look terribly overexposed to me. There seems to be no detail in the tree. I would prefer the negs with most exposure here. I think your metering was thrown off by the large portion of bright sky in the view. So these are of very limited value for your test, unless the other roll was all shot in similar conditions.
