So,

I have a 30 meters roll of Fomapan 400, and I wanted to see how does it look in new HC110 from Adox. So I did a test with dilution B, 7 minutes at 20C.

In short - looks good, negatives are little thin, so little longer development, and it will be nice to print.

Here are some negative scans from the test:

I use Kodak branded HC 110, the new version, dilation e, at 320 my negatives looks very similar to yours. I usually shoot with Minoltas, 800si, 600si, or 9, ISO differ with other older cameras.
