Hi.

I'm starting working with film again and if 8 like to know if it's a good idea to develop Fomapan 100 with Formulary FA-1027.

I'm looking to have fine grain for in studio portraits. I'd like to also use water for the stop followed by Formulary TF-5 for fixing.

Any word of advice will need greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Great to hear! I am sure you'll love the experience of working with film.

Yes, the Fomapan 100 and Formulary FA-1027 is a very good pairing. You can expect slightly lower film speed than with XTOL or D76, but don't let that stop you. You can expect very good results, with fine grain and nice tonality. Good luck!
