Folks;
I've been noodling around with Fomadon R 09 in combination with ADOX CHS ART 100 for about a year now, and after much trial, error and tribulation, I think I've come upon a fairly decent process:
A). Pre-wash: five minutes with constant agitation until the "purple/blue" dye is gone.
B). Fomadon R 09. Dillution 1:100 @ 68 degrees
C). Agitate continuously for the first minute and the agitate for 20 seconds every third minute.
D). Development Time: Approximatley 22 minutes.
E). Water rinse for a few minutes as "stop bath".
F). Fixer: 10 minutes.
G). Final wash: 2 ~ 3 hours with running water.
H). Dry film (safely away from the ever-so-sharp eyes and claws of my three cats).
and....print!!!!
I'll post some images once I get the cats to move out of my darkroom space (although, this should not be too hard as "kitty" doesn't like the smell of acetic acid in his nose).
Any thoughts or ideas are always welcome!!!!
