They went kaput some time back. That is what happened to them. Any film/paper you see with the Forte name is coming from old stock.

Forte were bought by asset strippers who had more interest in selling the site for re-development than trying to save the company.

The Forte plant manufactured products for Bergger, these or rather a new range of products are now made by Harman Technology (Ilford) to Bergger's specifications. Details can be found on the Bergger website.

Ian you are right.
Moreover, I can say that Bergger is about to reintroduce to of their films: BRF 200 and BRF 15. But I can't say where they will be made. In my opinion there are two possibilities: Harman, or Foma. Maybe Filmotec, but less probably. I think that Bergger does not want to communicate about that point. I love the mysteries of the analog world
