Does FOMA sheet film have that sickly blue-colored film base the roll film has?

Arista.EDU ultra 100 and 400 definitely have the blue dye that turns all your chemicals bright blue. The film itself finishes to a clear color, though.

I just dev'd one roll of 120-size Foma 100 in Rodinal. The soup that came out from the tank was green. It's quite funny how Rodinal extracts different colors from different films.

Different films have different colored anti-halation coatings.

Fomapan in Caffenol makes a truly revolting colour when you pour the developer out of the tank. A kind of decaying-greeny-brown shade, utterly unnatural. I'm always a bit scared to pour it down the sink.

It's just the antihalation dyes, though, nothing to do with the blue base. Though it does seem that the blue-base 120 "sheds" a little bit of blue dye in the rinse water for longer than the clear-base sheet film does, too.

I've noticed this exact same thing - I only use a few different films but it's the colours of the rainbow when the Rodinal gets emptied.
