I'm wondering if Foma Fomatone Classic or Fomabrom fiber papers are good for toning. I've been using Ilford Warmtone paper with great success but I would like to try something else.

The Fomatone is exceptional in regards to toners. It responds to Selenium vigorously. Start with dilution of 5 to 10% of Kodak rapid selenium toner. I use the Kodak Blue Toner, mixed from scratch, this is a cold blue gold toner. The paper really looks a cold steel blue.
I would say it also looks great without any toner. It's exceptional paper, as nice as any of the old school Ektalure etc. The semi matte is a wonderful surface as well as the gloss surfaces.
I started lith printing with Fomatone 131 glossy, and I've been very happy with the results.
These are developed using Fotospeed LD-20 developer. The first with no toner, and the second in Selenium which cools it down quite a bit.

Thank you Terry! They're near a Ghost town in Nevada called Rhyolite, which is just East of Death Valley, if you ever plan a trip there. Tons of photo opportunities in the area.

Fomatone paper tones like crazy, that is to say it responds really strongly to any bleach or toner you throw at it. It also has a massive dry down. For those reasons I would say it's a bit more tricky to work with but definitely worth it.
Fomatone Classic comes closest to Portriga Rapid than any other paper I have ever used, and it tones similarly as well. You can get a superb warm tone if you use Selenium (lightly, as mshchem suggested) far superior to Ilford Warmtone paper. I like the Ilford (and Bergger) warmtone papers, but they are nothing like Fomatone Classic.
As others have said takes tones very well, very fast.
It also tends to darken a bit more than others after drying, so need to watch your shadows. Also also is hard work to get flat.
