FOMA 542 Chamois is being promoted as a replacement for Kentona's Art Classic. Does anyone have any experience of this paper?

They're very different in texture, but equally charming in their own ways. We have some Chamois on order; we've used it in the past, too.

Sitting here with an example of each in front of me. Personally, I prefer the Art Classic for its slightly smoother texture. The chamois texture is almost too much, but I would think that it would have to be used for a special subject. I haven't tried it in portraiture yet, but that may be its strong suit.
