Foma/Arista 100 best match 4 dicontinued Efke 100?

Never shot the Foma/Arista 100.. but just was shooting some of what is left of my Efke 100.. boy do I love the look of this film. How does it compare to Foma/Arista 100 for those that have used both?
If so why?

The grain structure is very similar but imho it's just not the same

Adox CHS 100 II was made with Efke PL100M in mind.

Try also Adox CHS 100 II, not exactly efke KB 100, but I would say closer than Fomapan 100 (which is a great film as well).

I've never used the Efke, but have been shooting the Arista 100 in 35mm lately, and developing it in Microdol-X. I like it so much that I sold all of my Tri-X, which has always been my favorite film. In D76, I didn't like the Arista at all, nor in Rodinal, but in the Mic-X full strength.... Wow! Really sharp, and grain is as tight as can be. I had to test it to find the best ISO to shoot it at, which only took one roll (100 ISO w/ a yellow filter). Great price too.

Polyglot: yes it does seem expensive... especially considering 4x5
momus: WOW.. liked it so much you sold all your Tri-X ...

Well the two developers I have on hand are D-76, which momus didn't like with it, and Hc-110.
Anybody try this film in Hc-110?

Likely to be subjective but Kentmere 100 is another option.
