After many experiments, I've made a good and reliable fogging redeveloper for my B&W slides.
It's based mostly on the Kodak D-72 formula, but without restrainer and a fogging agent added to the final dilution:

Metol.....................3g
Sodium Sulfite.......45g
Hidroquinone.........12g
Sodium Carbonate..80g (monohydrate)
Water to make 1 liter.

Dilute 1:3 and add 1g/l of Hydrazine Sulfate to this dilution.
5 minutes at your process temperature.
