Feb 2006---Issue 5, arrived today (Nevada). I have to say my hat is off to the editor, Steve Anchell, and also the copy editor and the six contributing writers for continued expansion and improvement. They are getting it together...this issue is the best yet and I have said that before and hope to say it again...the cover portrait is Scavullo's "Mick". This issue is 128 pages of photography and information on the state of collecting photography and the current trends in the marketing of fine art photography...of special note, Kay Kenny's interview with Peter Galassi "A Passion for Photography"...Peter is the Chief Curator of Photography at MoMA...also Scavullo: A Retrospective--presented are ten portraits, full page, also DJ Harmon's interview with Kim Weston "Unwavering Inspiration" also, Tillman Crane, interviewed by Jason Weston, and Focus Gallery: Everett T. Engbers beautiful Platinum/Palladium portraits...Muri Fein's "The History and Influence of the Association of International Photography Art Dealers, and show info...and a current list of new Fine Art Photography books, and more.
