Has anyone found or built a focus rail they like for 35mm and especially 6x6?

For the last ten years or so, I've used a Velbon focusing rail for my 35mm Nikon equipment and my Bronica EC-TL system. Works very smoothly. It allows you to move the camera very precisely forward or backward, left or right. Very sturdy.

Enter 'velbon focusing rail' on Google and you'll see it. The current version is called a Velbon Super Magnesium Slider. Looks very similar to the one I have but I'm sure there are improvements over my 10 year old one.

There's also a nice one made by Linhof for larger cameras.

I use one, Panagor brand, that looks much like the one David Goldfarb bought under Nikons and 2x3 Speed Graphics. Works well enough.

I use a novoflex focussing rail for my Mamiya RB67, it's pretty well engineered and robust, though I have also heard good things about the manfrotto rail, though I haven't used one.
