Foca RF Shutter adjustments - help please

Hi all,
recently acquired a nice Foca RF 2 star, french rangefinder from the 50s. All works, but shutter speeds a bit sluggish at 1/50 and 1/25.
Looking at the bottom of the camera (with back removed obviously) I can see two screws on the film roll side and one screw on the take up spool side. Pretty sure these screws are the ones to adjust the shutter but do not know what doeas what and what procedure to follow.
FYI my issue is that the first curtain is a bit slow.
can anyone help me please?

If the "first curtain is a bit slow" on a 60 or so year old camera that has not been serviced, the trouble is old lubricants. Only after cleaning and lubricating the mechanism should any adjustments be made.
My experience is that, more often than not, cleaning and lubricating brings speeds back into, or very close to, their marked values.
It's very unlikely that those screws have anything to do with shutter speeds. Possible, but not likely.

It needs to be cleaned before lubricating.
If you value the camera, and it seems like an interesting one, have it serviced by a competent technician. Otherwise it will end up like that Russian camera you mentioned on another forum.
