How does these retrofocal designs compare? specially the distagon and the flektogon.

Arrrggghh! Generalisation!!!

No, lenses need to be compared on a case by case basis....

I've used many examples of all three. All three tend to be lovely lenses. Specific examples have advantages and disadvantages.
Some Flektogons date from ca. 1960, some Distagons have (apparently) been recalculated a couple of years ago.
Some are big & fast, some are tiny & light.

Maybe start with, what do you want from a lens?
