Flavoured 120 film tabs

I don’t know if this true, but I understand that at one time, some manufacturers of 120 film put flavours on the tab that you lick and seal the exposed film. Does anybody know if this was true? If so do you think it should be revived and with what flavour?

I kinda just prefer the ones fuji has, just pull to peel, and press to stick.

True. I have some Agfapan 25 in 120 I'm still working through (yes Agfapan not APX) and it is nice and minty too. That said the Agfa 120 film are the most chemical smelling though...

AP and APX usually have the most likely to be useless by now tabs

I'd love to have 120 or 220 film with LSD tabs - that would sell!

Bourbon flavor would be good. Of course after a few rolls I might be a little loopy. Then I would be licking the tabs even before I expose the film. Nah, better not do that.

Yes, they did have mint flavoured tabs, and if I recall correctly they stopped because some people were allergic to the flavouring.
