Flash Advice for Rolleiflex T

I have recently bought a Rolleiflex T (Type 3). As a beginner to Medium Format photography, and a rare user of 35mm flash, can anyone give me advice on what sort of flash and fittings I could buy on the secondhand market.

Hello Karl,
If your Rolleiflex has an X contact I would get a second-hand Metz 45 hammerhead flashgun. Cheap, cheerful and pretty good.
