I made fixer from scratch with sodium thiosulfate, sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, and water of course. How long will I have to fix my MGIV (RC) paper in it?

I made fixer from scratch with sodium thiosulfate,
sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, and water of course.
How long will I have to fix my MGIV (RC) paper in it?

RC paper and full strength fresh fix, one to two minutes.
RC paper and full strength near spent fix, two to three
minutes.

It is possible that even shorter times will do. Best
to test. Use unexposed undeveloped sheets, fix for
two or three timings. Each sheet, expose to bright
light a few minutes. If the sheet turns the least
bit grayish additional fix time is needed. For
reference purposes have available a very
well fixed sheet.

I use a one-shot very dilute sodium fixer; FB, four
minutes with constant agitation. Dan
