Two rolls of the same kind of film are developed identically. One of the rolls received no exposure. The other roll was heavily overexposed. Which roll will more completely exhaust fixer?

Not mentioned in the OP post but assuming that both rolls are developed then the unexposed roll would cause more exhastion. Without development both rolls would exhaust the fixer identically. However, if this is meant to be a trick question then heavy exposure could result in a very, very small amount of silver being produced without development.
