Fixed in too high of a dilution

I usually mix up a liter stock solution from Fixer concentrate.
I don't have to replace/re-mix very often as I usually run about 20 rolls through the stock solution.
Yesterday I developed three rolls of Neopan 400 and by accident used 1+9 dilution (Rollei RXA) instead of the usual 1+4 for 6 minutes. Should I put the film back on the reels and re-fix for longer?

Yes, you should just re-fix it for about another 8 to 10 minutes.

Did you monitor the clearing time? If so, how long did it take to clear?

As stated by bdial: test clearing time with a small piece of film. Procedure: dip half of film into fixer, then 10s later, dip entirely; it is easier to see when both halves are equally clear than to agonize over "is it really clear now?".
Rules of thumb:
(1) Fix for twice the clearing time.
(2) Discard when clearing time has doubled (wrt fresh)
In my experience, with any so-called rapid fixer, Ilford, Adox, Tetenal, clearing time in fresh 1+4 is 25" and in fresh 1+9 is 60". So, worst case (near-exhausted 1+9) 4 minutes should be fine. To be sure, check the clearing time of the fixer that you used; only you can know that.

First time you used this? You should be fine. If in doubt wash film for 3-4 minutes, refix in film strength fix, and finish as usual.

Yeah first time I used this fixer. Misread the instructions on the label.

just remix at 1+4 and wash again

It depends on the fixer but it does not slow that much at half dilution it exhausts at twice the rate. Neopan fixes quick so I'd not worry you need to either fix by inspection or test strip.
You do need to read labels on packaging careful!
