First Red Window camera - can I shoot colour? ( Specifically, aZeiss Ikon Ercona)

... that was the notion with the series filters... or at least thats what I thought. I have a set of series V filters that I use, via adapters, on several different cameras. Likewise with a set of series VI filters.
