For contact prints specifically; they mention 35mm through 4x5" but I suspect they're OK with formats outside this range just as well. Color or B&W. Process is not specified, but I expect that anything 'wet' will be OK.

Registration fee is €5. It's an exhibition in The Netherlands running from October 19 - 2024 until November 30 - 2024 and there's a print exchange on the opening night. You can put your print up for sale, too.

I'm not associated with this, but I do know one of the organizers and he's good people for sure.

The expo is in The Netherlands but I verified with the organization and the call is open to anyone regardless of where you're from.

I love the idea. I'm a tad obsessed with contact prints (okay, proof sheets specifically and I know this is not that!) but I also love my little pocket packets of 6x9cm contacts made either under an Enlarger light or with an old Paterson contact printer.
I hope they get a lot of people sending in their prints and showing up in person to swap or buy them.

I really hope they will let every format to enter...

... and that 110 wins

I think it's purely an exhibition rather than a competition, but I like your thinking. I'm almost certain I've read of someone doing almost exactly that - displaying a lone 35mm contact print on an 8"x10" sheet of paper. I can't remember now if they supplied a loupe for viewing... or if I'm imagining the whole thing.
